Brasseler USA®, an industry leader in medical and dental instrumentation headquartered in Savannah, Georgia, was founded in 1976. Brasseler USA® Surgical Instrumentation has developed a comprehensive line of surgical power instruments, proprietary and replacement accessory products.
Brasseler USA® Surgical Instrumetation’s products are designed and manufactured for use by Orthopaedic, Neuro, ENT, Cardiovascular, Podiatric and Oral-Maxillofacial Surgeons. Our product offering includes Large Bone, Small Bone and High Speed Power Systems, Rotary Burs/Cutters, Saw Blades, K-Wires, Steinmann Pins and Sterilization Trays, Twist Drills, and Orthopaedic Pin and Drill Packs.

Located in Ventura, California, our west coast facilities include our medical manufacturing, engineering, production, repair services and distribution center. Our vertically-integrated approach allows us to provide our customers with quality instrumentation, manufactured in the U.S., at factory-direct prices. We offer competitive pricing to our customers through Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) contracts, and pride ourselves on our ability to respond rapidly to changing market demands and customer needs.

Brasseler USA® Surgical Instrumentation is certified to ISO 13485 with Canadian Medical Devices Conformity Assessment System (CMDCAS) and our products are CE Mark certified. We employ ongoing quality and risk management processes to ensure the quality of our products and services.
